About Kelly Cavanagh
Artistic Statement
"I am inspired by the beauty in the ordinary. I strive to create characters that are entirely grounded in realism and truth, no matter how extreme or 'unrealistic' the circumstances. I believe all characters are flawed and imperfect, and that is what makes them so intriguing."

On top of performing, Kelly has a podcast on Spotify (In The Cards with Kelly Cavanagh), is currently the Associate Artistic Director of the Lanford Wilson New American Play Festival, and moonlights as a bartender.
Education
Kelly graduated with her BFA in Musical Theatre from the Jeanine Larson Dobbins Conservatory of Theatre and Dance at Southeast Missouri State University in spring 2024.
